Living at Equus means being a part of the Equus community. The Equus Management Team, which is comprised of the Building Managers, the Strata Managers and the Council of Owners, represent the interests of the residents and the commercial and retail tenants and are committed to creating and maintaining a harmonious community where the interests of all stakeholders are respected.
Everyone living at Equus is encouraged to assist in developing a caring and healthy community.

Located at 580 Hay Street, right on the doorstep of Perth’s retail centre and central business district, Equus is central city living at it’s finest.
The Equus Building is comprised of a ground-level retail arcade (featuring restaurants, cafes and a range of retail outlets), five levels of commercial offices and 22 levels of residential apartments. There are 138 residential apartments, 30 of which face south. All apartments have a storeroom and at least one car bay.
Equus is located close to everything you need including public transport, shopping, dining, entertainment and medical facilities. Equus is centrally located directly opposite the historic Perth Town Hall and the State Buildings. These are three iconic heritage buildings that were formally known as the Lands, Titles and Treasury buildings – these buildings have been beautifully restored, resulting in a vibrant hub of life and activity. Equus is only minutes away from most of Perth’s new attractions and developments such as Elizabeth Quay and RAC Arena, King’s Square, Yagan Square and Optus Stadium.
Equus is located in the centre of Perth’s Central Area Transit (CAT) service area. The CAT service provides free public transport along four colour coded bus routes. The Red, Green, Yellow and Blue CAT buses operate seven days a week, click here for timetables and route maps.
